The Conference & Meeting Facilities in the Centennial Place Arena are located upstairs.  A large foyer overlooks the Arena ice surface so spectators can view the actives below. Elevator access is available for accessibility. Public washrooms are located in the foyer as well as the EnCana Meeting Room. 

Room & Features

EnCana AB Meeting Room (27x78) can be split into two smaller rooms by a divider in the centre of the room. This space has great natural light along the west as well as tinted windows into the foyer. The room contains a sound system, portable screen, sink and counter space. Bathrooms are located at both ends with a full change room and showers for athletic classes.

EnCana South Meeting Room A (27x38) contains a sound system, portable screen, sink and counter space.  A single bathroom is located in this room with additional bathrooms located in the foyer.

EnCana Foyer provides a viewing area as well as a great space for casual receptions and trade show displays.

Arena 1st Floor Meeting Room (18x36) is ideal for board and committee meetings as well as team meals.  This main-floor space contains a sink and counter space. 

Arena 2nd Floor Meeting Room (17x35) is ideal for team meals, meetings and tournament storage. This glass-enclosed, 2nd-floor space contains a sink and counter space.
