The Town is looking for a safety minded individual to assist our utility team in performing their everyday tasks.    

The ideal candidate will have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, endurance and flexibility.  The ability to understand and communicate information is essential.  This position also requires working outside in all kinds of weather.


  • Successful completion of a Grade 12 diploma or GED certificate; and
  • Minimum of a valid Class 5 Drivers License; and
  • No previous experience is required – entry level position.

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday, Full Time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. 

RATE OF PAY: As per CUPE Local 417-05 Collective Agreement.
