INTRODUCTION
 
The Town of Three Hills Recreational Park is home to the municipal campground and baseball diamonds. The campground currently has a total of 46 sites; 40 full service sites, 4 power only sites, 2 power and water sites.  There is a no service area that is used for tents and overflow. See map under Campground Information in the package.

The campground has a reservation system, washroom/shower facilities, free internet, camp kitchen, play park and firewood sales. Adjacent to the ball diamonds it is well utilized for weekend tournaments.

The campground while currently open in the winter does not support the use of water and waste water services as both will freeze in winter months.  Water is usually turned on for the May long weekend and turned off in October.

The Three Hills Campground is located at 1401 2nd Street NE (Hwy 583) on the east side of Town.

OBJECTIVES

The Town requires the services of qualified Proponent(s) to provide comprehensive expertise to achieve the scope of work presented or reasonably inferred and coordinate the activities of operating and maintaining the Campground. 

The Campground Operator is to provide general management, operational and maintenance services for the municipal campground.
