The Three Hills Volunteer Fire Department, headed by Chief Art Creasser, currently consists of 20 (18 men and 2 women) volunteer fire fighters servicing Three Hills residents, Kneehill County rural residents, and provides back up fire call service to surrounding villages within Kneehill County.  The Fire Department performed 123 callouts in 2006 which included 32 medical assist calls for vehicular accidents.
